Hi all.
My diet is absolutely appalling. Very recently lost an aunt to a heart attack along with another aunt some years ago. There are also heart issues on my dads side.
I already have high cholesterol and slightly high blood pressure so am looking for simpleish recipes that are heart healthy. I have had a look on the British heart foundation website and have made a note of some recipes on there but wondered if any of you have any good recipes you can share?
