Veg cookbook recommendations

My DP has an Allotment and is starting to harvest. I usually deal with the produce and cook, freeze, preserve etc but he has more time this year. I'm looking for a lovely veg cookbook to inspire him. We have a couple of Riverford books and 'The Green Roasting Tin' (both of which I love) but I'd like him to try some new recipes. Any suggestions please?

We use lots of recipes from Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's Veg Every Day. Most of our recipe books just have one or two things in that we make, but this has loads. It was recommended to us by vegetarian friends who said the same thing.

I find The Silver Spoon a really useful book to accompany an allotment. There are sections devoted to different vegetables so if you have, say, a glut of courgettes you can work your way through a variety of ways to cook them. It's quite a treasure trove.
