What M&S food to get with a £50 voucher

I've got to spend a £50 M&S voucher by the end of the month and thinking of doing a food shop. I shop at Lidl/Sainsbury's and never buy food from M&S (apart from the odd sandwich) so I'd like to get some nice bits to make some summery dinners next week.

What are your recommendations? Not too many sweet and sugary snacks though as I'm diabetic. I also don't eat red meat. Thanks!

+1 on bakery

I like their chocolate biscuits

Fruit that's in season (so not extortionate)

Orange ice Lollies 😊

Ooh, make the £50 go further by buying their 'Dine in for £12' offer (currently on). It's such good value for money - lots of tasty gastropub-style options - you get a main and side plus either a starter or dessert.

I’d get some nice cheese. The Cornish Cruncher cheddar, vintage red fox, blacksticks blue and doux de montagne are our favourites. Get a jar of the spiced apple and pear chutney and a box of their cheese biscuit selection.

@242Mummy That's a good idea, I always see those meal deals advertised but have never tried them

The Thai box is lovely! They also do a pack of 2 ultimate brownies that are better than any cake shop ones. The cheese scones are also lovely. Oh, and their seafood. They also do nice chicken strips that I can mix and match, coating wise. Basically everything 😂 enjoy

They have a '3 for £12' deal on a lot of their bbq meats at the moment (burgers, kebabs etc). If I ever get a voucher I make sure to get some of these as they freeze brilliantly and mean I've always got an easy, but very tasty dinner, in the freezer.
