Gousto - anyone else annoyed?

I logged into the app today and there was a message saying they're getting rid of the individual recipe bags and putting all the small ingredients into one bag. Apparently this is to reduce the amount of packaging they use. If I wanted to sort out a random bunch of ingredients, I'd get all my food delivered by a supermarket and buy free-range while I was at it. I'd prefer them to get rid of the plastic packaging instead TBH, not fairly harmless paper bags.

What do other subscribers think?

We had 2 boxes and I was genuinely horrified at the amount of packaging, so much so that I haven't ordered any more. We enjoyed the meals but half filled our recycling bin with the waste! I'll stick to the supermarket, it's easier.

I'm not too worried about the paper and cardboard (although the big boxes do take up a lot of recycling space even when they're flattened!) but the tiny fiddly packets of spices are all plastic.
