Can you re-freeze meat that was raw when you froze it but now you've cooked it?

I froze fresh raw chicken breasts. Today I defrosted them and made a casserole - can I now freeze the casserole?

Thanks!

yep. definitely.

The rule s that you can't re-freeze but you are not re-freezing it as you have changed what it is.

It was raw meat
Now it is cooked so you are freezing it for the first time.

Thanks! I haven't ever done it before . So I can do the same for other meats as well I presume?
