IT will cook very very quickly, just a few minutes max I find!

I put a thin scraping of tomato sauce, then grated cheese and any other pizza type topping that I can find in the fridge! Usually I make these when I have no inspiration, so not usually planned! Left-over bolognese or chilli with lots of grated cheese works really well too. I've also found putting them inder the grill after a few mionutes in the oven helps melt the cheese without the wrap burning!

Salami and olives also good.

(I've even successfully made pizza for DS with a wrap, some tomato puree and ketchup and cheese when he was desperate for pizza once!)

I'd say temp of 180C for 4 minutes, then under the grill to crisp up.

Thank you so much
I've decided I'm far too tired to cook dinner....10 hours early
