Quick and easy main meals for hot days & trying to lose weight

Doing my meal plan for next week and looks like we're going to have a few days when it's going to be very hot, so I'm not going to feel like cooking. Only two of us so won't be barbecuing.
I'm trying to lose weight, but already have salad for lunch so don't particularly want it again.
My mind's gone blank, would appreciate help with ideas for quick n easy little or no cook meals that will appeal to DH also ( he has no weight to lose!).
Thank you

Saving this thread for inspiration!

We had halloumi & roast veg yesterday with a tabbouleh type thing - needed the oven but more of a shove it all in a roasting tray type thing than slaving over a hot stove! Bulgur just left to soak in a bowl with plate on top for the time it took the veg to cook, stirred through chopped herbs & tomatoes & spring onion. I added pomegranate as I had one needing using.

Burger & salad tonight, salmon on the bbq tomorrow with new potatoes & asparagus, green beans etc. Planning kebabs on Monday (steak & peppers) with leftover bulgur salad & wraps for those who want them.

I did a chilli, garlic and lemon roast chicken with roast potatoes, homemade colslaw and salad made with peppers, red onion, Lettuce, pomegranate, sweety drop peppers and chopped halloumi in. Dress the salad in lemon and bit bf olive oil, delicious!

This is exactly the thread I was looking for, thank you op.

I like those packets of flavoured couscous (Ainsley Harriot) with some chopped tomatoes and cucumbers mixed through, maybe some flat leaf parsley too, and a couple of slices of grilled halloumi. Quick and easy.

Just noticed more suggestions, thank you.

I baked mackerel fillets on top of tender stem broccoli, asparagus and sugar snap peas (about 10 mins, then poured over a mix of soy sauce, ginger and cider vinegar, baked for another 3 mins. Served with boiled rice. Yummy. Was on a cooler day so didn't mind the hob being on for the rice, but would have been good with couscous too
