Best peanut butter cookie recipe?

I've got a tub of yummy peanut butter to use up and remember making peanut butter cookies when I was a kid!
I don't have any butter in the house just now (I mean who can afford it?) and have Covid so can't go shopping!
Whats the easiest, yummiest recipe you have please?

I saw that recipe, thanks! But is it a cookie with just sugar and peanut butter and an egg? doesnt it need flour? and stuff?

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix together, make small round balls and gently press on them. Bake for around 7-10mins on 190 degrees
