I really fancy the broth for this, the curry flavour is amazing. Not even that fussed about the rest of it. Does anyone know a recipe?

i make my own stock and freeze it

dried sea weed sheets from Holland & Barrett, planet organic etc
fry red chillies keep seeds in, onion,coriander oyster mushroom,garlic in olive oil with splash sesame oil
add goldfish Chinese curry paste
simmer for 20 min and strain

That sounds amazing!

It’s so quick, fry items, add water, simmer no more than 20min. Freezes well
dial the seasoning up or down to suit preferences

It’s so flexible
once you have stock add and other ingredients you fancy.

i know you got an answer but just in case, here’s the official recipe from their book (warning, it needs 2/3 bolt on recipes, like nearly everything else in this godforsaken thing)

Yes @SandieCollins youre absolutely right, add miso! I inadvertently omitted it

Glad I'm not the only one with utter contempt towards this book!
