Hotel chocolat hot chocolate flakes

Weird question but can you use this for anything else other than hot chocolate?? Ie could I use it for baking or any other cooking?

I would think they might burn if on top of a cake but mixed in would be ok. I've only used them to make the drinks os a mousse as per HC recipe which was delicious although very very rich indeed!

Thanks I was thinking of melting them like chocolate in a ban Marie and then using in a cake. Mousse sounds fab as well, I might have to give that a go!

I use mine for making mint chocolate ice cream!
