When it’s too hot to cook, what’s your ideal picnic type dinner?

Falafel wraps or cold quiche and salad

All sorts of things. Any mixture of these: bean or lentil salad, pasta salad, rice salad, potato salad, coleslaw; cherry tomatoes; sticks of carrot, cucumber, celery, peppers; lettuce/leaves; radishes; pickled gherkins/onions; olives; artichoke hearts or peppers in oil; cold meat/salami; falafel; hummus, taramasalata, tzatziki, guacamole, cream cheese and chive dip; breadsticks, tortilla chips or pitta to dip with; stuffed vine leaves; smoked trout or mackerel fillets, or cooked prawns; quiche; cold tortilla/frittata; nice bread/garlic bread; some decent cheese; crackers; chutney. I love meals like this.
