Kebabs in airfryer
3

tiredofficeworker · 29/06/2022 23:26

A colleague suggested that vegan ones can be made in an airfryer. I've never tried making them or had them from the shops before as they are dead unhealthy and full of sodium and bad cholesterol.

Does anyone have recipes to make vegan Kebabs preferably with little spices.

What is unhealthy about kebabs? It's just meat and veg on a skewer.

The shop ones contain much more unhealthy ingredients like high sodium, cheap oil, low quality meat and of course unhygienic methods.

The supermarket ones are mostly just pieces of meat with some veg on
and a seasoning.

If you want vegan kebabs then all you have to do is shove some vegetables on a skewer, a light coating of whatever seasoning (mixed with tiny bit of oil) you like and then cook. You can add cubes of tofu if you like.
