Here are baked meatballs. This is really easy, trust me, and tasty.

Tomato Provencale (makes 700ml)
2x400g tins chopped tomatoes
handful of basil, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
10g oregano
splash olive oil, salt and pepper

Cook tomatoes, basil, garlic, oregano and olive oil on med heat in a saucepan for 20 mins, stir occasionally. Season with S&P. It says to mouli/blend it, but I don't

You can also freeze this.

Baked Meatballs (Serves 4)
500g beef mince
200g chicken mince (or i use pork)
splash of water
3 slices stale bread, remove crusts
1 cupmilk
1 sprigs parsley, finely chop
2 springs mint, finely chop
pinch dried oregano
1 beaten egg
salt / pepper
2 cups tomato provencale (per above)
parmesan

PReheat oven 180c.
Combine minces with splash of water. Soak bread in milk and add to meat. Add parsley, mint, oregano and egg and comine. Season with s/p.

Grease med-size baking dish. Roll spoonfuls of mix into balls. Place into baking dish.

Cover meatballs with the tom sauce, bake 15mins. Trun meatballs over, bake another 30mins or until cooked through. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.

I serve with mashed potato, or penne (not keen on spagh), but obviously any of your fav pasta will do.
