I bought a jar of ghee out of curiosity. Can I use it like any frying fat, or should it be handled in any particular way?

It's just clarified butter. Use it like any other fat.

Yep, just use it where you would oil.

It will make everything taste twice as delicious, but be twice as bad for you. It's far too easy to get hooked!

If you like it, the tins in the "world food" supermarket aisles are cheaper.
It doesn't need to go in the 'fridge.
