Mine is Indian and Italian.
But, I am a bit tired of pizza now. Used to eat a lot of pizza. I prefer pasta.

Thai - my absolute favourite. The Vietnamese stuff I tried was too sweet, they seemed to put sugar in everything. Even the tomato juice I ordered. I had to ask them to to put soy sauce in it to give it a 'kick'!, though had a minty salad with morning glory which was fab.

Then Indian and Middle Eastern/Greek.

I hate Cantonese but like Schechuan - however you spell it. Like some Japanese but not fond of sushi - again because of the sugar in the rice. Liked the Korean I had too.

Not over fond of Italian as not fussed about pizza and Pasta, but love the Tricolore salad.

Never go to a French restaurant as mainly vegetarian though I do like ratatouille!

Indian, Italian and Middle Eastern. If you like Italian I have to recommend Pasta Grannies on YouTube. There's a book but you still need to watch the videos to make the pasta. The book has useless photos of Italian buildings and berlotti beans when all you really want is a photo of the pasta shape you're trying to achieve 🤷🏻‍♀️ still 100% worth buying the book.

Middle Eastern and Mediterranean. I was born in the wrong country as despite being British, I cannot cook British food at all!
