Gusto delivery issue

Im supposed to be getting my first Gusto box today.

Yesterday I got a message to say some ingredients were being switched (not a big deal) but this morning I’ve had this message -

“Apologies if you’re having trouble tracking your Gousto box delivery today. This is due to a problem with the system of one of our courier partners.
Yodel have assured us they're doing everything they can to get your box to you as soon as possible, however there is an increased chance it may arrive slightly later than expected.
Unfortunately we don’t have any more information on this at the moment, but we are continuing to work closely with Yodel to try and ensure your box arrives within the normal time.”

Little unsure if this means later than 7pm or more likely tomorrow? Normally wouldn’t mind but only order 2 meals, for tonight and tomorrow as will be away on Friday.

Generally what are they like delivery?

What is the likely of ingredients being ok to use on Saturday? No experience of these boxes so just wondered what others experience is.

They are normally great. Just had an email from littlewoods saying yodel have suffered a cyber incident which is delaying all their deliveries so I think that may be causing your issue

I ordered a Gusto box last week to be delivered Sunday . It didn't turn up. Tracking through Hermes said it was delayed . Next day still no sign at 12pm so I messaged their team on the webchat. Apparently it had been damaged in transit and I was given a full refund . I'm not using Gusto any more until they change their courier had no problems when DPD were delivering . Their reviews on their website have a number of comments with complaints of no delivery through Hermes . Its a shame as I love their boxes.

I had the same on Monday - Yodel delivered about the same time of day as usual - between 11 & 1pm here. If you've any idea when your local courier is usually around, it'll probably be a fairly normal delivery as it isn't affecting the delivery software, just the public tracking part of the website.

I had an email earlier saying a Yodel delivery was going to be delayed (was due today) but it has still arrived, just a bit later than usual. Fingers crossed the same happens for you too!

Panic over, it’s just been dropped off.

I was flapping because I had a fish dish (and an empty fridge 😅).
