Has anyone got a nice summer recipe involving leeks?

Just that. Am lacking inspiration!

Saute chopped leeks and halved mushrooms until tender - add seasoning and creme fraiche serve with pasta.

gently fry some chopped leeks, add some creme fraiche or Philly to make a creamy sauce, pop in some capers and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve as a sauce with salmon baked in the oven and serve with boiled new potatoes.
