Tempeh recipes?

Does anyone have any tempeh recipes they would recommend. We've just discovered it and really enjoyed it.

I made a sort of Thai salad with a peanut butter sauce and just baked the tempeh so would like ideas that are a bit different to this.

Tempeh & veg fried rice
I'd also Marinade tempeh in soy, ginger, garlic etc or hoisin and serve with noodles/rice/salad
Tempeh burritos (crumble tempeh to act as ground beef sub)

theres a lovely tempeh tray bake recipe in the book too

Just placemarking as I have some in the fridge and no plan for it!

I stuck some marmalade in a soy marinade instead of honey and it was really good so that is my contribution

The marinaded tempeh is more or less what I made but like the sound of tempeh burritos.
