There's a place local to me that does kimchi on their breakfast menu.
Sourdough bread - toasted (but you could use any bread you liked)
Mushrooms
Kimchi
Poached egg
Hot sauce (don't need this if you don't want)
It's delicious and we've made it at home a few times aswell.
In the pic, it's the plate at the bottom

kimchi chigae is amazing - one of our favourites. Fry the pork belly first, and also throw in a handful of tteok - the goey Korean rice cakes.
