I noticed This pack of salt fish in Sainsburys (Cawoods Dry Salted Skinless & Boneless Saltfish if you don’t want to open the link).
The packet says how to rehydrate but not what to do after that. I tried Google but still not sure including a search on here-—
does it taste salty and does it smell when rehydrated or during cooking?
does anyone have a simple recipe I could try?
