Ready made polenta ideas

Hi everyone
I bought ready made polenta on a whim during Italian week at Lidl - it was a bargain and I was intrigued - however, I have no idea what to do with it. Does anyone have any tried and tested recipe recommendations? All I can find is recipes for the make your own creamy style version... Although I can't find a link to the exact one I got, it looks similar to this one www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/251279936

Thank you in advance!

Its nice covered in grated parmesan, cut into strips and fried crispy. You can just cut it up and fry it, add it to salads.

Thinly slice, lightly griddle and serve with salad or grilled fish.
Enjoy!

I cut it in to long "chips" drizzle with a little olive oil and put some rosemary on top. Bake till golden and crispy (about 40 mins, gas mark 6)and finish with some salt and pepper.

I also baked in the same way but just sliced along the shorter end and no rosemary and had it with creamy garlic mushrooms and some asparagus and tenderstem broccoli.
