Savoury lunchbox snacky bake recipes?

For me not dc! I do an outdoors / manual job so get pretty hungry, & could do with some variation on teabreak snacks. I make traybakes or loaf style fruitcakes & freeze in slices / squares, but I'd really like some freezable savoury alternatives as I don't have a massively sweet tooth.

Thinking of making these savoury flapjacks, and maybe some savoury muffins, but any other ideas welcome. Especially anything not cheesy / eggy just for some variation - but I can't eat peanuts - so no peanut butter - or hazelnuts unhelpfully.

Jamie Oliver’s sweet potato muffins are lovely and freeze well

Vietnamese spring rolls

Spring rolls are a great thought - wondering if they freeze well? Curried potato pasties reminds me also that little samosas might be good.

The fresh ones.

"Nigella breakfast bars"
They are good but the condensed milk ones I've seen are a bit sweet for me. As a variation I make an oat & seed bar which I really like - the stickiness comes mainly from treacle with some honey which means not so sweet tasting but still good for energy. They don't freeze and so do tend to vanish quick though when dp gets late night munchies!

Savoury muffins made with gram flour. Vegan and gluten free. Easy to make and very adaptable to other veg. I usually add some grated potato and onion and am sure that stock powder could be used instead of nutritional yeast but I haven't tried it yet.

I have also made as a traybake and cut into squares.

Those gram flour muffins look perfect @Peckhampalace :) I love gram flour bakes (and will no doubt have surplus courgettes shortly Grin )
