Really simple peanut butter cookie recipe

I remember seeing one on here at some stage that was basically peanut butter and a spoon of baking soda* or something like that but I can’t find it 😩 I need a simple vegan cookie recipe or similar for some friends coming at the weekend.

Does anyone know the one I mean??

Also while trying and failing to find it I came across several mentions of SuzyWong’s chocolate brownie recipe and now I also deeply desire some brownies, so if anyone has that I also I would be very very grateful!

*Probably some sugar involved too thinking about it.

If vegan you could probably omit the egg and use aquafaba maybe or chia?

Yep that’s why I couldn’t figure it out. I thought it was vegan! I might try tinkering around with it a bit. Thank you
