Meals that’s don’t need an oven or hob!

Apologies if this has been asked a lot - I couldn’t see any recent threads.

We will be without a kitchen for about 10 weeks during buildings work. I will have a temporary set up - microwave, fridge etc, and a bbq.

Please hit me with your meal ideas that don’t need a conventional oven or hob!

We are not slow cooker fans, but I’m not averse to buying an air fryer or George Foreman grill type thing if need be!

No dietary requirements to factor in. DD is fairly fussy but I’m used to adapting dishes to suit.....

I've got a Ninja 7 in one and I barely use the cooker now.

It's got a sautee function to sear things like onions or meat before cooking, if you leave the lid off you can just use it as a normal pot.

It also has a slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer, oven, grill and steamer.

Rice takes 3 minutes in the pressure cooker, I did pasta once and it took about 7 minutes. I've made everything from scones, curries, chips, and toasties in it.

The only downside is that it's got a fairly small volume in the oven and air fryer, definitely too small for things like a pizza.
