Quick, easy office lunches

I know it's probably been done to death but had a quick search and couldn't see anything and about to rush back out the door

Starting a FT office role next week, not the best facilities but also would like to cut calories where pos.

I'm not a terrible cook but I won't enjoy it so would appreciate anyones ideas for quick easy lunches. Don't mind things that need heating but easy prep would be great. Being able to make in advance is a bonus.

TIA!

I do have the odd sandwich but I don’t go out of my way to buy proper fillings for them so they end up being the usual boring cheese or tuna or in desperate times jam. I find other things easier because a few days of salads or pastas can be assembled at once and in the fridge ready to go but sandwiches, whatever I do with them are only really good made the night before and I can’t be bothered every night to make lunches.

I am actually in a phase I am calling 'kids lunchboxes'. My DCs have school meals so they are not eating them but I am having marmite / plain ham/ egg mayo sandwiches; apple; carrot sticks; babybel; small chocolate bar; crisps and some juice. Sometimes those little rice and chocolate puddings.

I am finding it oddly satisfying.

On hot days I really like a bulgur wheat salad with onion, red peppers, cucumber, mint, lemon and hard boiled egg
