It's just green fondant with royal Icing piped on, so you could do that or use white fondant/sugarpaste Icing to do the pitch lines.

You can get packs of coloured fondant icing from Tesco www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/284952291

Ok, so I would buy green roll out fondant icing for the top and a white icing writing tube from Sainsbury's or Hobbycraft.

Roll out fondant on worktop/table greased with Trex.

Practice the lines and writing on paper beforehand. Tip - straight lines are easiest if you pull it along in the air and let it fall onto the icing. There's likely a million YouTube videos to help you here If it does go wrong, use a cocktail stick to pick it off.

All of this on a square/rectangle cake. If you haven't got a tin, try to borrow from a friend or this might be the expensive bit!

Although I've just seen these and I would 100% buy these are just do green buttercream 😂

Terrible link, sorry

if you don’t regularly make cakes and are going to have to buy all the ingredients and icing bag etc you may well find it easier and cheaper to buy one from Costco tbh! They do huge sheet cakes that most kids used to have for their party when my DCs were little and they all loved them!

RoyKentsChestHair · 31/05/2022 23:03

In fact there’s no way I could make this cake for less than £15 tbh! By the time you’ve bought a few packs of butter, icing sugar, a box of 12 eggs, fondant and all the other stuff it would add up to at least £15
