Just that.... We're going to make a huge vat with some sliced fruit in ... adults can add their own alchohol if they wish....

What do you love??

My main issue with non-alcoholic drinks options is that they are typically just very sweet fruit favours layered on top of each other without anything to cut through it. Kids will love this, but adults not so much.

My favourite mocktail is a virgin mojito, but I wouldn't want to make this en masse!

Personally I'll be drinking single variety apple juice. Appropriately enough from Sandringham.

Iced tea. Yum!

If you poach rhubarb for a tart you are left with a lot of sugary acid juice, and mixed with soda water it makes a lovely non alcoholic pink fizz

Apple, ginger and mint. As a PP has said, mocktails can be too sweet so I like this as it's less sweet. Roughly, according to preference mix:

2 parts apple juice
2 parts sparkling water (I like it less sweet so will do less apple juice, more water).
Generous dash of ginger cordial
Copious amounts of fresh mint.

If you want to do a sweet drink, go with 1 part apple juice, 2 parts lemonade, 1 part soda/sparkling then ginger and mint.

Works well with the addition of Pimms as the alcohol.

Thanks ... agree... like the sound of these... especially ginger apple....

Also planning to try a sweeter fruit cup one... recognising that many prefer the sweeter approach! But plan to bring it down with ginger ale...

Testing on planning committee Thursday morning!
