Tidying out my pantry I heard a fizzing noise. It was coming from my mincemeat which was made October 2020 and October 2121. Not all of it was fizzing and I opened five jars. Only one wasn't fizzing. Smelt and looked okay. I have made a pie with two fizzing jars, one non fizzing and thrown out the other two.
Will it be okay or should I throw everything out? The mincemeat was made with brandy if that is relevant. Thank you.
