Chana Masalaa and Tarka Dahl. Many recipes around. Simple and delicious. I often make the Dahl on its own for comfort food. With rice and a shop bought naan. Food of the gods.

Highly recommend any of the Misty Ricardo recipes. I tried the web ones & loved them all so much I bought the book for more!
I think the mushrooms bhaji is my favourite from the selection of sides!
