Freezable meals

Can people throw some freezable dinners at me that I can batch cook? I’m going to be starting a new job in a few weeks & doing longer hours.
I have two DD’s (6) & (3) so needs to be child friendly. So far I’ve got the usual:

Spag bol
Chilli
Cottage pie

Lasagne
Pasta bakes
Curries
Soups

Spinach and ricotta (or cream cheese) cannelloni
Tacos (just cook shells fresh)
Fajitas
Shepherds/cottage pie
Beef stew

Anything really! I cook extra and freeze, get out the night before to defrost and cook pasta, potatoes, tacos, make wraps (or have some frozen) etc on the day

The mash can be frozen and defrosted on the day too or alternatively I have found Morrisons frozen mash is nice

I also do curry sauces, Dahl, pasta sauces, fajita/enchilada mixes, cheese flans/quiches, pasties/pies

Fish pie
Fish cakes
Burgers
Spicy lamb meatballs stew - brilliant with couscous or flatbreads
Chicken fricassee
Sausage casserole
Enchiladas

Chicken and mushroom pie
Beef cobbler

I make a big batch of pasta sauce loosely based on this - realfood.tesco.com/recipes/roasted-5-veg-sauce.html

Then I freeze portions and either mix it with stuffed pasta, layer with lasagne sheets and cheese sauce or mix it with plain pasta, top mozzarella and bake. Very versatile and doing different things with it means I can use it every week!

Also do both Veggie and meat chilli - freeze in portions and then serve with rice or couscous, or make quesadillas, enchiladas or similar. Something similar to this but made with whatever chilli I have in is one I recently added that the kids love - www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/enchilada-pie

Chicken Tikka

This freezes surprisingly well…i left the chicken in quite large chunks. It’s mild enough kids will eat it and I add spicy chutney on the side for grown ups.
