I'm making a menu plan. I need cheap recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that are nutritionally balanced enough that I can still function! Smile

I shop at Aldi so much cheaper!!
Breakfast - porridge is filling and cheap
Lunch- I usually save a portion of previous nights tea or have a jacket potato with salad
Dinner we do veggie in week, saves some much.
Homemade -
Curry - veg, toms, garam, cumin, chilli, rice
Bolognaise
Stir fry - veg, soy, rice wine, chilli
Soups
Bulgar wheat with veggies - add mustard and honey or lemon and thyme or soy.
Carbonara
Stew
Adding lentils to meals bulks them out

Also I chop all the veg in one ho and store in fridge so there not lots of prep each day. Chick peas and cauli are also good meal bulkers.
