Lean beef cubes - recipe ideas

I bought a pack of these and it occurs to me I have no idea what to do with them! I need two different meals, I have one who doesn't like stews and I'm trying to keep meals reasonably low calorie to add to the complications. I also appreciate a good recipe, even for simple stuff so I know I'm doing it right (even if I rarely keep to it entirely

Beef hash
Beef rendang
Chop up finely and make a chunky beef chilli
Slice even more finely and quick cook it in a stir fry

Beef skewers- either Brazilian style or African

Stroganoff

Beef in beer or beef in red wine.
Long and slow, if you don't know the cut.
