Im trying to make a low cat cheesecake base. Ive tried reduced fat buiscits which works but still higher calorie than i wanted. I've tried quiona flour and other things but it just doesnt work. Does anyone ave a good recipe or idea i can use

What about doing a very thin base, or doing the cheesecake upside down with some oats scattered on top?
Since ts fat that sticks the base together, I'm not sure a low fat base is possible!

@KarrotKake good idea, the cheese cake will hold it in place whilst it sets too

I’d rather eat proper cheesecake less often than one with quinoa flour or oats. It wouldn’t feel as satisfying, and so I’d want to either eat more of it, or I’d want it again the next day because I still wouldn’t have felt like I’ve eaten a nice cheesecake! Would a lower fat pud in general work? Something like a fruit crumble or granita or meringues which are delicious in their own right.
