I would like to make the super thin garlic bread that you get in an Italian restaurant. All the online recipes I see are baguette, ciabatta, tear and share etc. Would making a standard pizza dough and rolling it very very thin work?

Thanks. I was hoping so but didn't want to be blinded by enthusiasm 😂

Yes. Flatbread.

Garlic, parsley and butter into a blender. Spread on flatbread. Grill for a few mins but don't let it scorch.

Yass. Because that's what it actually is. Pizza dough rolled really thin with butter, herbs, salt and crushed garlic

Oh yes plenty of salt and pepper on top! But I mean almost all food should have that...

It's a pizza base with garlic butter on so yeah.

I make garlic bread using flour and yogurt, cook in a dry pan then add garlic butter and put in the oven for a bit. It's really easy.
