Looking for ideas for grown up family meal, healthy, filling, not necessarily low calorie but super tasty.

It's my go to when making meals for groups/people with new babies/make ahead tea

Can make with frozen chicken and leave in oven all day to come in with timer, chicken will have defrosted by the time it comes but will have kept everything cool waiting to cook

Made this the other day and served with new potatoes realfood.tesco.com/recipes/one-pot-asparagus-leeks-chilli-and-eggs.html It was a big hit with the family.

Maybe not super healthy but we did serve it withots of salad, so really only the brooch buns were unhealthy.

Egg fried rice can be a very healthy meal, as long as there is a good amount of veg, not just rice. I like carrot, mushroom, cabbage, and broccoli in mine, I budget 1 egg per person, and some times add meat, though not always (often chicken or homemade Char Sui pork). The recipe I use as a base is this one but use my own qualities for rice and veg.

I also love a burrito bowl, they vary but they typically have rice, refried beans, sweetcorn pico de gallo, and a protein of some kind, my favourite is white fish dusted is cornflour and spices and shallow fried until crisp.
