I'm not pregnant but I'm sure I read that you should only eat a certain amount a week.

Does anyone know?

Oh good. I'm mad on it at the moment.

I go through phases like that. It was egg mayonaise a while back and ploughmans sandwiches before that!!

it depends whether you mean fresh or tinned tuna.

Fesh tuna is classed an oily fish and you should limit your intake to 2 portions of oily fish for girls and women who might have a baby one and also women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. You can have 4 portions of oily fish if you are a women not included above or for men and boys.

There is only a limit on tinned tuna (four medium-size cans of tuna a week) for women trying to conceive or who are pregnant. There is no limit for anyone else.
