Can anyone recommend a specific food or any good recipes to help with post part recovery? I eat a wheat free diet and mainly vegetable based dishes but do occasionally eat meat. I'm mainly thinking for extra energy and strength to recover. Thanks!

Maybe some healthful smoothies with nuts (for energy), banana, milk etc or maybe a green smoothie for energy and vitamins!

There's a book called the first 40 days which you might find helpful for this. I seem to remember a lot of the recipes are based around bone broth!
