Beef short rib

Bought a beef short rib for Sunday dinner. And very daft question but it's come as a sort of rack. Assume I cut the ribs up? Or cook whole? Obv going to leave it in the slow cooker all afternoon!

Leave it as one whole piece and cook it low and slow as others have said. I used a fabulous recipe last year-will dig it out!

Ohhh found it quite quickly.

This was it. Looks complex but was easy to hung in a big saucepan to make up the rich cooking stock (we didn’t add the wood chips).

Served with really buttery mash. You are actually making me want to buy short ribs again as I’m about to go shopping!
