Kids want Cookies like you get from Tesco ..help!

you have helped me before and now am asking again...my kids are whittling about those big cookies you can get from ...well anywhere really...sooo how can I make some with..
Plain Flour
Out of date Self Raising Flour
Baking Powder
Sultanas
White Choc Buttons
Demerara Sugar
Butter ( not loads though, need some for tomorrow!)
also got milk and a couple of eggs
as you can tell I haven't got a clue!!!

obviously full instructions will be needed too!

you probably don't have all right ingredients for this one but I've found

to be fab. however I would modify as follows:

instead of crumbled chocolate, use either plain or milk chocolate chips, or you could divide the mixture in two and use some of each.

also, instead of doing the rolling into a sausage shape (the dough is generally too sticky for this anyway) put spoonfuls of the mixture on to baking sheet. leave the spoonful heaped and do not press flat as mixture spreads out during baking anyway.

thanks for that link...only missing the Caster Sugar ..suppose normal white sugar will make them a bit gritty?
