Seems a shame to add this to Baileys:-
water, hydrogenated vegetable oil (including coconut and palm kernel oils), high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, skimmed milk, light cream (less than 2%), sodium caseinate, natural and artificial flavor, xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, sodium polyphosphate, and beta carotene (as a colouring).

Yum nothing like a bit of frankenfoods @Georgyporky - give me the EU food regulations any day!

Double cream will have a very different consistency. I'd just whip normal cream to soft peaks - that's all cool whip is meant to be imitating. Add sugar if you like.

What do you mean by whip "normal cream" instead? Double cream is the cream you whip in the UK. Are you maybe getting confused with clotted cream?

Used to have butterscotch Angel Delight with Dream Topping - food of the gods.
