Mr Whippy

So I stupidly today had a Mr Whippy icecream from a van at a local park. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to eat them until I googled it and now I’ve scared myself to death. Should I ring the midwife or am I over reacting? X

It won’t do any harm-If it bothers you,then don’t have another one
I have 6 kids and love a mr whippy (and a flake or two)
You can drive yourself bonkers following the rules-just be careful but sensible
Baby will be fine
But you might want to seek help for your anxiety-or you’ll drive yourself bonkers
