Have followed this recipe for a healthy(ish) no-bake flapjack: 175g finely chopped dried dates 125g crunchy peanut butter 100g oats 2tbsp honey You bung everything in a food processor, pulse till well mixed then press into a baking tray/tin and chill. I could see the mixture was v crumbly so I’ve had it in the freezer for a couple of hours but it’s still too crumbly to slice. It tastes yummy though [smile] What could/should I have done differently? Basically the recipe seems to lack a binding agent - more honey needed, or something else? [confused] I’d appreciate any tips [smile]
