Leon Meatless Meatballs

Does anyone know if the recipe for Leon's Meatless Meatballs is in any of their recipe books? and if so, which one please?

I've got a copy of Leon Fast Vegan and the only meatball recipe in there is aubergine meatballs...

Yes, it has puy lentils

Ingredients:

Coconut oil
Olive oil
Aubergines
Onion
Garlic
Black olives
Red pepper paste
Tomato purée
Paprika
Fennel seeds
Sunflower seeds
Pine nuts
Flaxseeds and water (for flax egg I guess)
Rosemary
Parsley
Lemon zest
Puy lentils
Breadcrumbs
Gram flour
Baking powder
