Re-baking an undercooked iced biscuit slice

Is this ridiculous?

Biscuit slice is soft, edible but not how its meant to be- should be crunchy not soft.

Trouble is the icing was poured over whilst warm so i didn't realise it was underbaked until its cooled and ive cut it

Icing is melted choc, butter, icing sugar

It will burn won't it?

Sigh

I wouldn’t attempt to rebake it tbh.

How did the icing even stay on if the biscuit was still warm? Didn’t it all just stay melted/slide off?

I’m sure it will taste fine & be well received even though it’s soft.

The icing is meant to be poured on in the tin when cooled but warm ( not hot) so it spreads; it sets hard

Sigh. So annoyed with myself
