Best knife or machine etc for slicing homemade bread (and rolls)

Since baking every week has become a regular thing, I've come to loathe the slicing and need recommendations.
We slice and freeze everything btw and then take what we need each day and defrost it.
So what would be the best option? Electric knife? And if so, which one/what should I look out for? Only needs to slice bread and rolls - we don't do big joints of meat/gammon/chicken etc.

Why do you hate slicing? I bake my own bread and once cooled, I just flip it on its side and slice it. Way easier to slice than from top to bottom.
I currently have the Zwilling bread knife but I don't think it is any different that other bread knives I had before. I always buy one with a wide blade, and for bread knives, prefer German brands.

I bake very dark and/or very hard breads (Rye, spelt, ...) but also brioche and fruit bread , so whiter and softer, and the Zwilling goes through very easily for both types.

We bought this knife after getting a bread machine and it's amazing. It goes through bread so quickly it took me by surprise the first time. 2-3 moves back and forth and it's done. Unlike our old bread knife which took about 30...

Because I need to slice the whole loaf at once, plus all the rolls and buns etc and I find it quite a chore with the knife that we currently have.

Thank you for the suggestions, 2 people recommedning the the Mercer one so I shall definitely look at that.

Does anyone have or recommend a bagel slicer for bagels (oviously!) and rolls/buns?
