I’ve steamed some mixed veg, now what shall I do with it?

The supermarket was practically giving it away last night at closing time. I bought two bags of prepared broccoli, sweetcorn, green beans and carrots for about 20p Smile
They did look that we’re starting to turn so I’ve steamed then now even though we are not eating at home tonight.

What shall I do?

Cool and reheat for dinner tomorrow.
Cook some onion and garlic and make veg soup.
Make a ratatouille with a difference
Veg curry
Something else. Ideas very welcome.
TIA

Stir-fry if they're still al dente ? Add noodles, Chinese seasonings & a protein.

Freeze some as is, ready for an 'easy roast'
I hardly ever have to cook veg when making a roast as there is always back up of (usually reduced) cooked off veg in the freezer.

thanks for the suggestions. They are/were al dente so became a delicious stir fry.
