Freezing left-over buffet food

There were a lot of leftovers from a buffet today, prepared by professional caterers.
They were wrapped & given to us, & I don't know what can be frozen.
All the hot food went, apart from some sausage rolls.
So, I've got mini pork pies & Scotch eggs, plus a wide variety of sandwiches - far too much for us to eat soon. The Food Bank don't want them.
Any ideas what can be frozen, please?

Not sure about pork pies, but no to Scotch Eggs. Depends on the fillings in the sandwiches - something like ham would be fine.

I would freeze all of that apart from the sandwiches because I imagine they would go soggy on defrosting (but I have never tried, so maybe they don't).

I wouldn’t freeze anything that had been out on a buffet unless it was in a refrigerated serving buffet, if it’s been out a couple of hrs it either needs eating today or binning.

The two-hour rule states that any perishables on buffets should only be left out for a maximum of two hours

Thanks for your replies.
I e-mailed the company - should have asked at the time, doh!
They told me which sarnies were best not frozen, & everything else was OK - including the mini Scotch eggs as the filling was finely chopped.
Lunches sorted for 6 days.
