Spaghetti Bolognese

Please hit me with your best spag bol recipes!

I used to use this one from BBC Good Food but it doesn't have the richness of a wonderful dish from an Italian restaurant:

I've stopped cooking it at home but would love to add a good one to the rotation as everyone at home will eat it

This is the favourite in our house.

Pack of beef mince, add an onion some garlic. Add a jar of Dolmio and simmer.

Agree with adding milk. Chicken livers too. I save/freeze Parmesan endy bits and throw a couple in and fish out at the end- salty/umami. Home made chicken or beef stock if I've got some. Wouldn't use a stock cube.
