SO what meal can you cook from frozen???

I know you can do lamb chops (slowly under the grill), but just wondered if there was anything else, or would you definalty defrost first???

I microwave portions of curry, bologenese etc from frozen, or thaw lasagne etc in the micro then finish in the oven.
I would only do stuff like breaded fish, pizza etc from frozen in the oven, I think.

Seriously, I didn't know you could do lamb chops - I always defrost them. My mum cooks pork chops from frozen and has never poisoned anyone yet.

i've always done lamb chops from frozen, it never really entered my head to defrost them first. lol

I've bunged all sorts in the oven from frozen! Not had any problems yet, just cook for longer.

I do everything from frozen apart from huge great bits of meat, and whole chickens and such.
