What can I do with ricotta?

So as you lot were so awesome with recommendations for 2 bags of spinach... what can I do with half a pot of ricotta? Not green pasta as that's where one of the bags of spinach and the first half a tub of ricotta went!!! (And it was awesome )

These are lovely

Stuff chicken breasts with it and bake them on top of chopped toms or halved cherry toms and small pieces of potato so they all cook in the same time, wrap the chicken in parma ham or bacon or nothing at all. Pop some white wine in the mixture and thyme.

You can use it as a topping on moussaka/pasta bake type things as described here

Bake in oven with garlic and lemon rind and chilli flakes and baby tomatoes and lots of olive oil.

Once hot and delicious throw in spaghetti with a bit of pasta water to the baking pan. Stir. Eat!

Do you cook the ricotta in wrapped up in foil?
Or straight into the baking tin?
